Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.
For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must unopened and in its original condition. Contact our customer services department to get a free shipping label.
If our products arrived damaged, rotten, or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.

Non-refrigerated food items
The customer must give the shipment to a courier within 7 days of receiving the product (based on tracking number delivery date).
The customer pays for and arranges for the shipping unless the return is a result of an error on the part of Lydia’s Foods.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is because of an error on the part of Lydia’s Foods.
Merchandise
We do not accept merchandise returns unless it’s an item made by Lydia or Lydia’s Kind Foods, Inc. If a customer wishes to pursuit a merchandise return, they will need to go directly through the manufacturer.
In the case of merchandise produced by Lydia or Lydia’s Kind Foods, Inc., the customer must give the shipment to a courier in “like new” condition with all packaging, including accessories, and any included documentation within 14 days of receiving the product (based on tracking number delivery date).
